Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
• Assist in the creation of engaging visual content using Adobe Suite and Canva for digital and print materials
• Assist managing company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), ensuring regular and relevant content is posted
• Write clear and compelling copy for marketing materials, emails, and social media
• Help coordinate events, promotions, and other marketing activities
• Research and assist in finding suppliers for various marketing materials (banners, promotional items, print materials, etc.)
• Help create cost comparisons to evaluate and select suppliers
• Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns
• Maintain organized files for digital assets, supplier quotes, and project timelines

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva
• General understanding of design principles and an eye for detail
• Experience managing social media platforms and creating content
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, communications, or a graphic design.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
• Experience in supplier research and cost comparison.
• A team player who is eager to learn and grow in a creative environment.
